  • For baggage allowance, please check your ticket or call us if unsure.
    1PC - 1 piece of luggage means 23kg.
    30kg - you can have one heavier or two smaller bags, a total of 30kg.
    Carry-on luggage is usually 7- 8 kg.
  • For all information regarding oversized luggage, sports equipment, prams, etc please check particular airline regulations on their website or call the airline directly.
  • Do make yourself aware of Customs, quarantine, wildlife, currency, and duty/tax-free regulations of your destination.
  • Don't carry or look after goods for other people because you will be held responsible if the goods are prohibited or restricted.
  • Always pack your bags and never leave them unattended or under the supervision of a stranger.
  • Passengers on international flights are not permitted to carry in their handbag liquids, aerosols, and gels items over 100 ml. All must be placed in a clear plastic zip-lock bag through the security screening point.
  • Always check alcohol, cigarettes, and other tobacco products allowance for your destination.
  • Be aware that penalties for possession of drugs can result in heavy fines, imprisonment, or even death penalty in some countries.
  • Make sure to arrange for sufficient medicines to meet your personal medical needs. Check if your medicine is legal in the country you are traveling to. Obtain a doctor's letter stating who the medicines are for, what they are, and the dosage, and always leave medicines in their original packaging.
